How do I draw a somewhat realistic goat?
It's a friend's birthday coming up soon and I know he adores his goat that he got for the 4H. He showed me a picture of him not too long ago so I know what he looks like, but he doesn't know that I'm drawing him his goat.
I'm a terrible drawer of anything that aren't horses or cartoonish dragons. I will look up references of goats, the anatomy, and the poses. First, where should I start off so I can make it "perfect?"
not so sure... i do know tho that to make a good looking animal, you really need the outlines.. which will be fur or hairy whatever u call it...
so... light light tiny strokes/marks whatever u call it... to get the hair effect...
whenever i look at pics of animals, thats what stands out to me, and the finer the lines, the more detailed it looks and stuff and the happier everyone is... including my friends who are so depressed... not really
